Question ID 3559 Tuesday 27th of September 2016

Question:

I went to the washroom and really needed to use it and when I was pouring water to clean I got a weird feeling in my private part and I had to keep pouring to make sure no discharge or urine was left am I napakk since I got this weird feeling also it kept coming everytime I washed but like my intentions were to clean myself nothing else I am scared that this was considered as materbating

Answer:

Pouring water to clean yourself does not mean by any way musterbation.
Such feeling can take place in the toilet but it does not have any effect
on Taharat. Only semen discharge makes the person in the state of Janabat,
knowing that semen gushes out and does not leak slowly like Mathi,
Wathi, and Wadi. All the previous are not najais except the semen.

This is after semen has come out and he doubts that the wet substance might
