According to rulings of Aga sistani A lot of islamic channels (like win TV and Ahlul bait tv) have posted interviews with professional people in various field (eg,doctors) who seemed to have applied makeup in the interview (lipstick)

Women are not allowed to show their make up in front of non-Mahram men.
This applies on every situation including what you mentioned in your
question.

Salam I want to start an abaya business with an Instagram business account where we post all the models and owners in hijab and following the makeup ruiling of Aga sistani (kohl on the eyelash permitted) We want to keep a Customer review policy where the customer sends us their picture wearing our abayas and we post it on our account, Is it permissible to post pictures of these customers if they have makeup on? (example lipstick)

No, it is not permissible to display pictures of females with make up.

No. We as Muslims are not permitted to promote our business using photos of
females who are not wearing Hijab even if they are non practicing Muslims
or even non Muslims.

Question:
At home I do not wear brassiere under the shirt to maintain the natural shape of my breasts. This cause little bit of movement of breasts when I walk. Is it permissible for a woman to wear loose shirt with no bra underneath in front of father, brothers and uncles at home?
Answer:
It is not allowed to show movement of your breast in front of your father,
brother, uncle etc. You must cover your breast completely so that no male
(except your husband) can see the shape or movement of your breasts.
