Question:
SA I am a muqallid of sayed Sistani. I recently have had a surgery, where a stoma was created on my stomach. A stoma is an artificial opening from a part of the bowel onto the surface of the skin allowing a patient to excrete their waste products into a bag. This type of surgery becomes necessary because of diseases causing inflammation of the bowel or because of a blockage often from a cancer. Waste comes out often continuously and unpredictably. To change the bag and wash the skin regularly can become damaging as the waste is corrosive and affects the skin. Thus we are recommended to change the bag every few days having a suitable gap. my questions 1) how do i approach salah, does wudhu suffice during periods i do not change my bag. 2)Also wajib ghusl, do i need to remove bag everytime i proceed with wajib ghusl?
Answer:
Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
1. As you can not change the bag, your Wudhu and Salah are valid as usual.
2. Same situation with Ghusl, It is valid but add to it Tayammum whenever
it is a Wajib Ghusl.

Jo Patient ki kidney Kharaab ho ya Heart weak ho usko Peshaab Zyada hone ke liye Lasix naamki goliya di jaati hai...Jisse Peshaab zyada hota hai.....Usko Morning aur Afternoon mai dete hai....Night mai nahi dete....kyuki Night mai Dawa lega to puri raat peshaab lagegi.....Aaj maine ek patient ko ye goli raat ko lene ke liye bol diya....Wo patient Hospital se ghar chala gaya.....Abhi yaad aa raha hai ki ye goli night mai nahi dena chahiye....Patient ko raat mai peshaab lagagi....Ab Meri kya Zimedari hai?

Any harm happens to the patient because of your mistake, will be under your
responsibility. If nothing wrong happens, then just seek patient's pardon.

Salam My name is jannat I am 13 years old I am girl I am shia and I am sayed I have so many pimples on my face since 2013 I have so try medical medicines which docter says 1 girl docter say me pimples ic come till my age 25 I am so said I am so cry 4/5 times for this I am reciting aayi tul kursi after every namaz and every day. I am so praying in namaz every day But pimples are not going from my face

Recite 40 times Sura Al-Hamd on water, then wash your face with that water.
