Question:
Assalumu Alaikum What should a person do if they are unsure if something they maybe doing/thinking is a sin or even a very big sin? If they do not try to find out, are they committing sin? What if they delay finding out/do not try to find out immediately but do have a sincere intention in finding out eventually, would they still then be committing a sin?
Answer:
It is utmost obligatory to avoid any type of sin, and it is must to be sure
that we are away from committing sins. We must be sure and never neglect
ourselves, otherwise we might be dragging ourselves into hell fire.

Yes, count every bead.

Please syed ans my ques. Im asking fourth time. Pls. Can tasbeeh istekhara be completely trusted? If yes, wht is the method and time to perform it? I want to do istekhara for marriage
Answer:
Tasbeeh Istikhara has been narrated in many authentic narrations from Ahlul
Bayt (AS) and most if not all of our Ulama act on it. It has many ways, the
simplest is this:
3 times BISMILLAH ARRAHMAN ARRAHEEM
3 times ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMAD WA AALI MUHAMMAD
ALLAHUMMA INNI ASTAKHEERUKA KHEERATAN FI AAFIYAH
YA DALEELAL MUTAHAYYREEN
YAMAN YA'LAM IHDI MAN LA YA'LAM
then take any number of beads of the Tasbeeh in your hand, then remove from
what you have taken in your hand, two beads, then two, then two till the
last bead. If no bead remain, the Istikhara is Bad, but if one bead
remains, then Istikhara is Good.

It can be recited as well carried with the person who needs marriage.

Question:
When people drag a woman to the level she started loving them as their (in laws) if they were never confirmed about future.Does someone who creates such immense pain for somebody for no reason get their punishment?
Answer:
Causing pain to any innocent human being is a major sin. Dragging a woman
to false relationship and causing her pain for no real reason is a major
sin.
The women herself must be aware not to be carried away, and she must use
her senses and not to be blind after emotions. If she opens doors to a man
to drag her, she will be also a partner in this sin.
