Question:

I have an old speaker system which I would like to sell but worried that the buyer Muslim/non Muslim May use it for listening to unlawful music or songs etc. should I be concerned about it or it is not my responsibility as I sell in good faith. Can I apply the logic that I may be selling a knife and it remains the buyers responsibility to either use it in the kitchen or to harm someone.

Answer:

If the sound system is such that it can be used in lawful acts as well as
in unlawful acts, then you are allowed to sell it to a person whom you do
not know that he will use it in Haraam.

Question:

As-Salamu A'laikum Sayyidna, Are the Ahmadi's (Qaddiani's) considered Muslims? Can we eat meat that they have slaughtered? Thank you.

Answer:

Qadianis claim that Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian was a prophet . All Muslim Ulama
believe that claiming a prophet after the last Prophet Mohammad (SAWA)
makes the person out if Islam.
We are not allowed to eat from their hands or their slaughtered animal.

Question:

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim Salam Alaykum, Please note that I want to know, if a person paying utility bills of his Boss (employer) since from many years and few months back he got a credit card which is offering some percentage of cash back if he pays the utility bill by credit card. If he does not use the credit card and pay by cash the same amount he has to pay at the counter in cash. In that case do he has to inform his boss and refund the money to him, if he himself keeps the money will it be Haram for him. He is also the director of the company without any monetary benefits. Both the Employer & employee is Asna e Ashri. Please inform the rulings in this case. Thank you very much. iltemase dua Syed Ali Hussain

Answer:

If the credit card belongs to the company, every discount or bonus comes to
the card, belongs to the company.

Dear Sir,Salam Walekum Please guide me for the following: 1) Surah Fateha, we should say Dwalin or Zwalin. 2) can Kadha prayer & non obligatory prayer performed without reciting iqamah. 3)when u see Falling star, in islam it make any sense. like we shuld recite dua or prayers. Thanks Best regards

A2) Iqamah is recommended for every obligatory daily prayer and not
obligatory to recite Iqamah in any of the obligatory daily prayers. There
is no Iqamah at all in any recommended prayer nor in non daily obligatory
prayers like Namaz Janazah, Namaz e Aayaat.

A3) Recite Salawaat and Istighfaar and seek from Allah (SWT) protection for
