Question:

Salamun Alaikum.Sir, I had asked u following Question in Youth Issue Category of Wabil.com: Q) My father is dead.He has a lot of fast which he could not observe and its Qaza is wajib upon me as I am the eldest son.I have 60 to 70 thousand Rupees through which I can hire someone to keep his Qaza fastbut at the same time I am fond of doing zyarat of Imam Husain(AS) and other Aimmah.what should I do first? .Should I go to zyarat first or should I get all the Qaza fast of my father fulfilled earlier? pls advice.Inshallah Allah would give you reward. Your reply was as follows: Fulfil the Obligatory Qaza first. But I have another question which is related with it and that is, Out of following two alternative which one is better: 1) Should I gradually get the Qaza fast of my father fulfilled and simultaneously go to zyarat also .It may take 10 to 12 years also as my father is having a lot of Qaza fast (around 30 -35 years). OR 2) Should I first get all the Qaza fast of my father fulfilled and then go for Zyarat ? Which one is better? pls reply. Answer:- Get all the obligatory Qaza fulfilled first then go to recommended acts. Thanks for your reply.I will follow the same.Let me ask u last Query . I went for zyarat of Imam Husain(AS)on behalf of my father earlier also. There are lot of merits for it.Now pls tell me whether my father would not has been forgiven for his fast. I should have faith in zyarat of Imam Husain(AS) that definitely my father would has been forgiven.Still, is there need to fulfill all his fast?.Does the zyarat of Imam Husain(AS) can not compensate for it which is having a lot of merits.

Answer:

Nothing can compensate the obligatiries but it's Qaza. The great reward of
Ziyarat may reach your father but performing all his Qaza is Must. Do it as
soon as possible.

Question:

SALAM, 1- What is Tallaq E Raji (Reversable)and Can A women re-marry to another person after taking tallaq e raji? 2- If a wife take court khulla (without following the shari process) and marry to another person. What will be status of her new babies from this new marriage in the eys of Allah? (Halal/Haram) My wife did her second marriage in Pakistan without taking legal divorce from me (I was not agree for her khulla and also they did not give me any gift or mahr as well) so that is why I am asking this question. Regards/Iltamas e Dua

Answer:

Salamun Alaykum wr wb
1. Talaq e raj'ee is the usual divorce when a husband willingly gives
divorce to his wife. He can reverse such Talaq and make it void within
three periods of menses. He does not need any new Nikah but to say to her
or behave with her as a wife, then Talaq e Raj'ee is void.
2. Kula' Talaq needs the acceptance of the husband to take something agreed
to divorce his wife. If the husband did not agree, then no Kulaa'. If the
husband was not giving his wife her rights and the Talaq took place from
the Haakim e Shariah according to proper procedure, then it is valid.

Question:

Salamun alikum. What is the Islamic ruling about tabarrah (disapraging and cursing)aginst the Holy Prophet's wives and companions.

Answer:

The Infallible Ahlul Bayt (AS) have taught their sincere followers not to
associate with the enemies of Allah (SWT), and also not to say or do any
thing which can lead to dispute between Muslims. Those who obey Ahlul Bayt
(AS) are the real Shias and those who disobey them are not real Shia even
if they claim.

Assalam Alaikum. Can you tell me if we can eat Cheese made using calf rennet? As it is an enzyme added to the milk in cheese production, is it halaal for us as it is not meat as such but a secretion. Thank you

The rennet taken from non Halal animal is Najis and the cheese made from
such rennet is not allowed to eat. This is according to Ayatullah Sistani
