While doing ghusl e janabat how many times we have to pour water on head, right sude of body, left side of the body!

Just one time is enough.

1) In ghusl e janabat after removing najasat from private part is it necessary to wipe the private part and then do ghusl? 2)In state of janabat is the whole body is najis or only private part? If whole body then I use to wash my hand in state of janabat is the tap that I touched is najis our paak?

Salaamunalikum.my marja is-ayotullah sistani. My health is not keeping good nowdays and I have done all the test and all my reports are normal. But still I have constant headache and I don't like to go to masjid and don't get confidence to pray jamaat namaz.(before I used to go mosque everyday to pray namaz)...what is the cure for headache?
Answer:
Repeating Istighfaar and Salawaat as well as fasting as much as you can.
Night Prayer (Namaz e Shab) is a source of great benefits.

Yes it is allowed but it is not obligatory to make water reach more than
one time.
