I would also like to ask you the following questions: 1) If God is allknowing and Allwise how is the world a test? 2) If God is Al-Ghani (free of all needs) why did he create angels and jinn and man to serve him? 3) If God is allknowing and allwise then there must be Taqdeer or Divine Preordainments. Answer:

A1) God Almighty knows the past, present and the future. Testing us does
not mean that he wants to know the result, but to prove to us our reality
and our status upon which we will be getting the results of our deeds.
Q2) If God is Al-Ghani (free of all needs) why did he create angels and

A2) God did not create any creature to serve him because He is The Absolute
Needless. He created all creatures to shower on them His mercy.

A3) Divine preordainment is on things which human being has no ability to
decide, and God will never question any one about such preordainment. We
will only be questioned about our deeds which are the result of our free
will.

Alsalaamu Alakum I have a question regarding mutah marriage to a Christian woman. She is a non practicing Christian however she believes in the Oneness of God (swt). Before I met her she had a boyfriend and as with many western boyfriend-girlfriend relationship there was intercourse between them. My question is: 1) would she be considered as one of the fornicators mentioned in the holy Quran in verse 24:3? 2) is it permissible for me to undergo mutah marriage with her? Wa alsalaamu alakum wa rah at Allah wa barakatuh.
Answer:
It is allowed to do Mut'ah marriage with Christian woman but you need
permission of your Muslim wife if you have a wife.

Alsalaamu alaykum. I am in a dilemma and wanted to seek the counsel of our scholars regarding marriage. I'm not too sure whether to marry a non Muslim lady who is willing to convert and join the religion of Islam or to wait and carry on looking for a fellow Muslima of our Shia to marry. Is there a greater fawaab (reward) in marrying someone who because of such marriage gets introduce to and join the religion of Islam? Wal salaamu alaykom
Answer:
You must be sure that she will be really become a Muslim and remain Muslim.
Many cases have failed to achieve the promises, so you have to be sure.
If you are nor sure, then go for marrying and Muslim female to ensure your
future and the future of your children.

Answer:
This man is not Shia at all, simply because he is not a Muslim,
because real Shia is the real Muslim.
His father was in the Hawza of Najaf as well as manybof his brothers but he
himself has gone out of Islam running after lust and evil desires. His
personal life is full of sinful acts and major sins. He wants to draw
attention of anti Muslim media, so, he speaks wrong against our faith .
This is not the first instance in history of people who sold themselves to
Shaitan running after lust and evil desires. History is full such bad
persons. They do not harm but themselves, and the real Muslim scholars
remain the guide for Muslimsband every truth seeker.
Our leading Ulama have clearly said that this person is out of our faith
and he is a follower of Shaitan .
His own family members ( Qubbanchi family) have given many statements
against him as they know his attitude and major sins and his evil
intentions.

Salaam alai kum , If some female is not living with her husband since last 7 months and living with her parents and they have not even seen each other in last 7 months and they got divorced, what would be the IDDAH period for this female? Jazak Allah.
Answer:
The IDDAH will be the usual IDDAH period which is three menstrual cycles.
Separation does not cancel the IDDAH.
