Answer:
Listening to sinful music is forbidden in Islam, no matter from whom.

Salam. Is it permissable to do Mutah Marriage with a non virgin woman of Ahlul kitaab who lost her virginity outside of a marriage for example with a boyfriend she had? Walsalam
Answer:
Non virgin female is allowed to do Mut'ah marriage or permanent
marriage with out permission of her father. Married man is not allowed to
do Mut'ah with any female from Ahl e Kitab with out permission from his
Muslim wife ( according to Fatwa of Ayatullah Sistani ).

Salaamunalikum.my Marja is ayoutullah sistani. Is it permissible to drink water after meal. Because some people say that according to ahlebait (a.s) it causes cancer.
Answer:
It is allowed,but there is in the books that water should not be taken
immediately after food , especially oily food, because it can disturb or
delay digestion.

Salamun Alaikum...... I had given my khums Payment(Both Sehme Imam and Sehme Sadaat) to my relative in City where Aqai Sistani authentic wakeel is living.He gave him after Prayer in Masjid and did not take the reciept.I am certain about this handing over of money to wakeel by my relative.Is it enough? Is my namaz and other obligations right if this khums payment includes khums on sajdahgah and Musallah?
Answer:
After paying your due Khums, all your use of the remaing amount will be
valid Insha Allah.
If your cousin can get you receipt, it will be good.

Salaam un alaikum. I want to buy a house but do not have capacity to buy without loan.my monthly salary is 25 thousand so I can take loan easily and pay e.m.i. Is it alloud to take loan for house? Wassalaam
Answer:
Yes it is allowed to take loan to buy a house, but be sure that it should
not include usury (Riba).
