Question:

Salam alikum sayyid During foreplay it is told that some fluid is secreted in female sex organs which is not the same as in orgasm, We are in doubt regarding Ghusl e janabah for women? which fluid secretion will make a women junub?

Answer:

The secreted fluid during foreplay from man and woman is not Najis and it
does need Ghusl nor Wudhu.
Ghusl of Janabah is obligatory if ejaculation takes place which is the peak
of orgasm, or penetration takes place.
With out any of these two, there is no state of Janabah.

Question:

Salam sayed, i was wondering if i want to change my taqleed what do i need to say ? is there a "niyah" please let me know wasalaam.

Answer:

You need to do Taqleed of the most learned Marje'. If you are doing Taqleed
of the most learned, then you are not allowed to leave his Taqleed.
There is nothing to be said to start Taqleed, but just to act on the Fatwas
of the most learned Marje'..

Question:

As salaamun alaikum, Is it better to pray Sala-ul-lail i.e Namaz-e-shab, at any time my eyes open during the night, which can be in an hour of sleep or maybe 3am or just before fajr azan, or I should get up at a particular time, i.e before fajr azan daily for the same. Kindly advice. JAZAKALLAH

Answer:

The most important thing is to perform Salatul Layl (Namaz e Shab) every
night and never miss it deliberately.
You may perform it any time during the night, when ever you get up. The
best time of it is the last sixth of the night before Fajr, but do not risk
missing it if you are not sure that you will be awake then. Pray it any
time during the night and be sure that you do not miss it.

Question:

Asalam Aliekum If a sunni girl you intended to marry knew you were a shia then after a while she refuses to marry you because you are a shia and she wont relent in her decision even after tying to clear the air, simply because she was told shias are not Muslims by people who know nothing about shias is it right to tell her you have changed and hide your faith knowing the fact that when your married she will come to know the real truth about shias like most people do thus when you will tell her the truth?

Answer:

No, it is not allowed to lie in this situation. She will then tell you in
the future that you lied to her. Be strong in your faith and never bow down
for your desires. She has to study now and know the reality if she wants to
be your wife. I do not advise you to marry her if she does not understand
and follow Shia Islam which is in fact the Islam of the Prophet (SAWA) and
his Ahlul Bayt (AS).
Wassalam.
