Question:

If a room is crooked from another room where jamat namaz is being held can a person pray in the other room even if its is crooked will it be considered a line and our namaz will be proper?

Question:

If a ayn najasat falls on the tile can a person just wipe it once with wet cloth and the water drys in the fan will it be considered najis or pak?

Answer:

Wiping does make any Najis as Taahir. It must be washed with water,
i.e, water must be thrown on it after removing the Najis item, then water
should be wiped, then another water to be thrown on it and be wiped. Some
Ulama say that two times are enough, and some say three times, if the water
was in small quantity ( less than Kurr).

Question:

Salam Syed, I am sending this question for the second time because I didn't get any response the first time, Can you explain to me how does the classical shi\'ite Theology regards the Imams (as) to be Temporally Eternal/Qadim-e-Zamani, which basically means that they, meaning the Imams (as), have not come into being or existence form non-existence (adum), or to put it alternatively it could be said that there was no non-existence/adum before their existence/wujud ? (from reference please check Allame Hilli\'s Sharh e Bab e Hadi Ashar)

Answer:

All the Infallibles were created by Allah, The Creator.
No Qadeem Zamaani or Azali but Allah (SWT).

Question ID 1626 - 2014-07-07 20:33:15

Question:

As salamunalaikum, I have the permission of my wife to get into a Mutah marriage anytime in my life I want to. She is even okay if I get into a permanent marriage as well. I am considering a Mutah marriage after Mahe Ramazan. I am in a country where there are more alhe kitaab then our own people. Recently I went to an official seminar via my company there I saw one Christian lady who was all around me and was giving all signs that she is interested me. From her looks I liked her too, but given the conditions in Islam on interacting with women and me too being a shy guy, did not initiate any contact with her. However due to the confusion that whether I should have interacted with her or should I approach her with the intention of Mutah marriage, I removed an istekhara, which returned the ayat of Bismillah. Now sometime back I had heard in a majlis that in certain acts even removing istekhara is invalid, and is useless if done. I have 2 questions from the above: 1. Is this istekhara valid, I mean did I do right in doing so? 2. This seminar was a month ago, but I somehow know the work place of that lady, which is very near to my office, Is it ok that I go now and try to get in touch with her, with the pure intention of Mutah marriage? I am a follower of Ayatullah Sistani. Kindly advice Jazakallah

Answer:

If your wife has permitted you do so Mut'ah , you are allied to do so but
be careful from wrong type of women who run after worldly things and can
land you in trouble in future.
