salamalikum, I am a gradate, I want to go for higher studies in Shiyat Islamic research or Islamic studies (pg and phd). Can you please advice me on the same where can I start with that and places where I can apply for it. What are the basic requirements. Thankyou Regards

It depends whether your country of residence has a suitable university for
Islamic studies. If you live in England, you may apply to the Islamic
College, Willesden Green, London NW10
If you live some where else, please give details so that we may try to help
as much as we can.

Question:

If a man ejaculates while foreplay with his wife and has not entered her yet does he have to take a bath before performing jammah.Kindly advise

Answer:

Liquid coming out during foreplay is not semen but Mathi (Mazi) which does
need Ghusl or even Wudhu.
If you are sure that you have ejaculated semen, then Ghusl is obligatory,
but not immediately.

salamun alekum, I read Ayatullah Sistani does not regarf permanent tattos as haram. I want to know how has he deduced this from teachings of Ahlebait?

Answer:

Tattoo is just a color which does not prevent water of Ghusl or Wudhu.

as salam maulana, i want to ask you that is it ok to put a large or small photograph of the dead person in the house or at the workplace .

Answer:

Yes it is allowed but if the photo is for a female, it must be with full
Hijab.

Question:

when a person wants to dispose any isliamic material in the sea many times it comes back to the shore so should we dump it in the sea where there is a possibility that it would come to the shore?

Answer:

It should not come out and be disrespected like being mixed with the
rubbish etc. if it came out and you saw is disrespected, you must take it
and put it back in the sea.
