How does a mujtahid get ijtehad ? Please explain the process?

Answer:

Ejtihaad is an scientific ability which happens in some very highly learned
scholars who have enough knowledge to make them able to deduct the Islamic
rule from the main evidences (Quran, Sunnah, Aql and Ejmaa').

Salaamun Alaikum Aga Mussawi. Two questions: 1-A woman does not have her menstrual cycle -is now divorced -does she need to observe Iddat period before she can enter into a Mutta marriage? 2-Can a married man do Mutta without informaing his wife to support the above lady in Question 1 above?

Salaamunalikum.can we recite Subhanallah subhanallah subhanallah subhana aala wa behamde in sajdah in every namaz or is there any another recitation in namaz. Jazakallah. I follow ayoutullah sisatani

Answer:

During Rokoo' , it is obligatory to recite Subhana Rabbiyal Adheem Wa
Bihamdih , once, or three times of Subhanallah.
During Sojood, it is obligatory to recite Subhana rabbiyal A'la Wa
Bihamdih, once, or three time of Subhanallah.
It is recommended to repat.

Salaam Alaikum Aga Mussawi Question-After how long [waiting period] whereby Husband and wife have not lived together nor shared relationship with each other due to disagreements and arguments -would result in an automatic divorce if there is such a divorce in sharia. Please note that there has been no communication or contact between them [Husband and Wife] Your advice will be appreciated and May allah swt bless you ans give you tawfiq to serve the community...Ameen

Answer:

Long separation does not mean nor lead to Talaq in Islam even if it goes to
any number of years. Talaq has its own conditions which must be fulfilled
if they want to go for talaq.
