We believe in and follow Quran and the Prophet (SAWA) and we take the real
Sunnah of the Prophet from his Ahlul Bayt (AS).

Answer:
Waqf does not need Seegha or declaration but just Niyyat and using it in
the proposed matter is enough. It does not need to be in writing as well.

As salaam un alai kum Sir, there are some Shia people here in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh,India. Who are trapped in the interest system not by choice but by pressure. They all are good and genuine people. They run a business here in Lucknow, but because of some mismanagement and theft and fraud they suffered a huge loss of around a crore of rupees. Now the bank wants its money back. They have a property in one of the most prime locations in Lucknow but due to some reasons only The Almighty knows it better that why that property is not getting sold and they have taken loan from the street lenders to pay the bank and on very very heavy interest. That interest is eating them day by day. If any help is possible then please let me know. They are genuine people. Please acknowledge this. Wa as salaam

You’ll kindly give me Sunni/Shia Ref from 20 Books. Question 2. The Holy Prophet SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam once asked Hadrat Jibrael Alaihis Salam, “O Jibrael ! How old are you?” Jibrael al-Ameen Alaihis Salam replied, “O Rasoolullah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam, I don’t know how old I am, but I do know that in the Fourth Covering (حجاب), I saw a star shine once every 70,000 years, and I saw this 72,000 times.” The Holy Prophet SallAllaho Alaihi wa Sallam then said, و عزة ربي انا ذالك الكوكب “By the honour of Allah SubHanuhu wa Ta’ala! I was that star.” please i need this hadith is sahih or not and 20 sunni book refrences

This is narrated in Al-Seerah Al-Halabiyyah , Vol 1, Page 47.
في كتاب التشريفات في الخصائص والمعجزات لم أقف على اسم مؤلفه، عن أبي هريرة
رضي الله تعالى عنه «أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سأل جبريل عليه الصلاة
والسلام فقال يا جبريل كم عمرت من السنين؟ فقال يا رسول الله لست أعلم، غير أن
في الحجاب الرابع نجما يطلع في كل سبعين ألف سنة مرة، رأيته اثنين وسبعين ألف
مرة فقال: «يا جبريل وعزة ربي جل جلاله أنا ذلك الكوكب» رواه البخاري، هذا
كلامه، فلما خلق الله آدم عليه الصلاة والسلام جعل ذلك النور في ظهره: أي فهو
حالة كونه نورا سابق على قريش حالة كونها نورا، بل سيأتي ما يدل على أن نوره
صلى الله عليه وسلم سابق على سائر المخلوقات، بل وتلك المخلوقات خلقت من ذلك
النور آدم وذريته وحينئذ يحتاج إلى بيان وجه كون آدم خلق من نوره صلى الله
عليه وسلم، وجعل نوره صلى الله عليه وسلم في ظهر آدم عليه الصلاة والسلام، فقد
تقدم في الخبر «لما خلق الله تعالى آدم جعل ذلك النور في ظهره»
