Question:

Salaam I wanted to know im currently pregnant and im having milk discharge whilst praying i was wondering can i still pray or is my prayer not valid also im having discharge from down below due to the baby is prayer not allowed or allowed in these two conditions. Many Thanks.

Answer:

Such discharge does not stop you from performing Prayers (Namaz). You must
perform all your obligatory Prayers till you deliver. After delivery the
bleeding will stop you Praying because it will be Nifaas. Nifaas usually
lasts same number of days of your monthly menstrual period but not more
than ten days.

Question:

Assalam Alaikum WRWB. Aaga se mera sawaal ye hai ki- Smartphone pe Qurani Aayat ki tilawat karte hue, Bina wazoo Aayaat ko haath laga sakte hain? Shukriya,Wassalam

Answer:

Some Ulama say that it is allowed to touch the smartphone while reciting
Quran from it, with out Wuzu, but few other Ulama say that it is not
allowed, that is why, it is better as a precaution not to touch Quranic
verses on the smartphone with out Wuzu.

> Q1. i was diagnosed with cancer two years back and had to go for a surgery

> pressure on my hand. so do i need to give any kaffara for this or shud i
> continue with this.

A1. No Kaffara at all, and you must perform your obligatory Prayers as you
can whether standing or sitting if you are really unable to stand.

> Q 2. if i had taken a loan from someone and had the intention of paying it
> back and also paid some of d amount.then that person himself said no for
> the further payment, now the person has died . what can be done .is it a
> sin or it is clear in my amaal.

A2. If the person himself has said that no need to pay back the rest of the
amount, means he has given you the remaining amount, then you are not
obliged to pay it back to any one. But if he has said not to pay back then
but in the future, then you must pay it back to his inheritors.

> Q 3.my husband is fond of listening to music to which i object and
> sometimes we have a major fight on this what is d solution to this though
> he prays all five times recite quran everyday but this habbit he doesnt
> want to discard. any dua to b recited to make him realize this.
> A3. You may ask him the same question which Imam Sadiq ( AS) has asked :
> is listening to music and songs is from Allah or from Shaitan? No doubt, it
> is not from Allah (SWT).

You may tell him to repeat Estighfaar and Salawaat to purify his heart,
then he will hate the sinful act from his heart.
You may also repeat ( YA GHAFOURU YA WADOUD) as many times as you want.
