Question:

Aoa i am follower of aka sistani....i am in very deep situation here nowadays. I am doing job as finance officer in which we prepare financial documents of sale purchase and take loan from bank on this sale and purchase. We have many companies working under one big company so sometimes we prepare documents that we purchase or sale machinery to our other company although we in reality we didnt purchased or sale anything but by showing this we can take loan from bank which later we return to the bank on agreed margin. Kindly tell me my work is halal or haram because i dont want to feed my family any haram money. Similarly bank doesnot give loan on invoices more than one month old so we change the invoice date by ourself making it acceptable to the bank and later pay the loan to the bank on agreed margin. Please guide me. This is not my 100% work but i have to do this.

Answer:

If you apply the agreed terms between you and the bank, it is allowed.
