1. If the man becomes really a follower of Ahlul Bayt (AS) then she can
marry him, but she has to be very careful from the claim to be a Shia just
for the sake of marriage.

Question:
Salam, Hi I just want to know can a shia man marry a sunni woman? It must be stated over here that there is no sort of compulsion or obligation from either the man or the woman to convert after marriage and both will be free to follow their shared beliefs and to abstain from practices that are controversial. The man and woman will continue to offer prayers as they usually do in their beliefs, both will attend Majalis (although the concept of Matam especially through chains and knives is not a well-perceived one by both the male and female), both will fast and break the fast at their respective times... so is there any reason why they should not perform nikah? and how should the nikah be performed (if there is any difference in Nikah which i have heard there are some differences)
Answer:
Marriage aims to create harmony, and difference in faith or religious
practice will cause disharmony. That is why, our scholars say that it is
not allowed to go for a marriage which can cause a harm to religious
practice.

Question:
if you have najasat on your hand but didnt know or thought it was not najis, would everything you touch with that hand become najis ?
Answer:
If you knew that your hand was definitely Najis, then you forgot, then
every thing touched with wetness is Najis.
If you don't know that it was Najis, then knew now that it is Najis, only
such thugs are Najis which you are sure were touched when it was Najis.
