Question:
Dear Brother As Salam Alaikum Wa Rehmatullahe, Request you to kindly answer the below mentioned question and please request you not to publish this question on your website only for confidentiality purpose...Hope you understand Brother. 1. Is Adoption allowed in Islam. 2. Can the adopted daughter inherit the entire property of the parents (mothers and fathers ) who have adopted her ? (A little background on the adopted girl - She is adopted from within her mothers family and not from outside , her mothers brother had conceived this child only to give this daughter to his sister who could not conceive and that he and his wife will have nothing to do with this daughter ever, so from the daughters birth till date she has been with her adopted parents) 3.So in this case if the mother and father who have adopted her wants to give their entire property to her out of their free will, love and affection is there any issue with that since she is the Only Single child to her parents Please do let me know on the same as soon as possible. Shukran Brother Yours Faithfully, Aariana Khan.
