Question:

salaam u alaykum Is it possible that I can recite a mutah contract just for talking to a girl so that it is halal, I want to marry her in the future but she is still in education now so I have to wait, I do not want to stay in haraam, she can only speak to her mum and not dad so is it possible she can get permission from her mum

Answer:

Virgin girl needs her father's permission or her paternal grand father's
permission for any type of marriage including Mut'ah marriage. Her mother's
permission will not help unless mother represents the father and speaks on
his behalf. This must be confirmed by the father that the mother represents
him.
You must stop talking to the girl intimately untill you and she have an
Islamic Aqd of Mut'ah marriage.

Question:

Salam alaykum Syed I hope you are in the best of health InshaAllah. I have a number of questions, which I hope that you can offer your advice on. They are mostly all related to death and I will list them below: 1) Is it possible for a person to have knowledge that they are going to die? Taking into consideration that they do not have any life threatening illness. 2) Can you please explain barzakh? The time between death and resurrection. If someone has lived a pious life and followed all the wajibats, what is barzakh for them? 3) I once heard that when we are asleep and see a dream, the events we see are actually taking place, and our soul leaves our body while we are dreaming. Is this true? - If our soul leaves our body during a dream, and we see a loved one who has passed away, and we converse with them, is this actually happening, or is it just memories that we see, or is it imagination? 4) One a person has died and their body is buried, is that person still present in our life, such as are they able to see their family and their progresses? 5) I have heard about certain Amal we can do in order to see our parents who have passed away. Can you please advise the procedure for doing this. 6) What other things, aside from surah Yasin, ziyarat ashura and visiting of the grave, can we do in order to make the soul of our loved one happy and help for their hereafter. Please accept my apologies for such a long message. With duas Mazaher Karim

> A2. Barzakh is the intermediatory life between this life (Dunya) and the
> hereafter (Akhirat). Barzakh life is a very happy stage for the believer as
> his grave will be a garden from the Paradise, while it is sever punishment
> for the non believer as his grave will be a dig from the hell fire.

> A5) There are many A'maal in this regard. No one can garantee the result

A6) Performing all their dues e.g. Salat, fasting , Khums, Haj , any loans
or rights of others on them.
Charity on behalf of the deceased is very helpful to him as well as

Question:

Salaam u alaykum I am writing to you regarding question 1051, I asked this the other day, however I just wanted to clarify that I do not clean the glasses that are used for drinking alcohol, I only clean the plates which halal food is served on, the glasses are cleaned by someone else totally, In the time of working there they asked me once to take the rubbish out (this was loads of empty alcohol bottles)and also the empty boxes I had to chuck in the bin, . .Is the income I got from this still unlawful ? as I was not paid for that, I was just paid for my duties to clean the plates ? also is it haraam for me to work there if sometimes I may be asked to do such extra tasks which involve empty bottles ?

Answer:

Any work related to alcohol is Haraam in Islam.
