Salam syed. I want to marry a sunni and im shia. I have kept a condition tht i will remain shia and bring up our kids also as shia after marriage. The condition is accepted and me and my husband will be living apart frm his parents so as such there is no harm to my deen. So can i marry sunni now?
Answer:
You need to be sure that no harm , now or in the future, will be on your
faith and religious practice if you marry a non Shia man. Be careful that
many promises before marriage will not be fulfilled by many after marriage.

Salam un alike what is your explanation on Surah Al Imran verse 28? and also Surah Al Mahida verse 33?
Answer:
Sura Aal Imran, Verse 28:
Let not believers take disbelievers as leaders rather than believers. And
whoever [of you] does that has nothing with Allah , except when taking
precaution from them in prudence. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to
Allah is the [final] destination.
Sura Maidah, Verse 33
Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger
and strive upon earth [to cause] evil acts is none but that they be killed
or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or
that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this
world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,

Salam, Could you explain how I would clean several items of clothing that have been covered in Alcohol (Drinking) using a washing machine, so that they become Tahir and can be used for praying in etc. This washing machine is a standard machine and has no access for extra water to be added to it, i.e. water tap/hose. Thank You.
Answer:
=E2=80=8BIf the washing machine is connected to tab water or Kurr water, th=
en it
will make the cloth Taahir, but if it is not connected and the water
quantity is less than Kurr, then you need to wash the cloth then rinse,
then wash then rinse.

Salam Maulana Is it necessary for a wife to hear a divorce wordings, if you have gone to a maulana for this purpose to read the divorce and he did inform my wife about it on phone which she didnt resist and agreed to go ahead for it.??
Answer:
Although Talaq is the most disliked Halal act to Allah (SWT) and it has
many conditions to be a valid Talaq, but we do not have a condition that
the wife must listen to the Talaq.
