Answer:

All the Namaz and fasting that he missed in his life is to be performed on
his behalf as Qaza. If he has left any wealth, you must take from his

you and your family may perform Qaza on his behalf to save him from sever

1. Husband and wife should tolerate each other as much as possible and try

valid with out the acceptance of the husband.

Question:

Salam un Alaikum, what is the ruling about: if a women went into monthly menstruation cycle or in istihazah , while on Umrah and her stay is just few day in Mecca.how can she perform the rituals of Umrah. please indicate both position as if this arises before or after Ahram. please also mention how can she differentiate between the menses and istihazah. Wasalam Bilal

Answer:

The bleeding of Istihazah is different from the menstrual bleeding because
menses comes in specific dates every month, and the blood of menses is with
specific colour and effect on the female ( burning).
Istihazah does not stop performing Namaz nor Tawaf as far as the woman
performs her duty of Wudhu or Ghusl according to the quantity of the blood.
Menstruation stops Namaz and Tawaf, and if she has no time to wait, then
she should have some one to perform Tawaf of Umra Mufrada and two Rak'ats
of Tawaf on her behalf, and she must perform Sa'ee herself because Sa'ee
does not need ritual purity. Tawafun Nisa and two Rak'ats must be also
performed on her behalf if she is leaving Makka during her menses.

Question:

Salaamun 'alaykum Sayyidna, I pray you are well. Is it allowed for a person who is named after an Imam, e.g. Ali, Hasan, Hussain etc. to take any item bearing their name into the bathroom (like name tag, card etc.). Also, if one has a book with the word God in English written inside, is it disrespectful if it is taken inside the restroom (e.g. in a rucksack or bag)? JazakAllah Khair

Answer:

It is allowed as far as there is no intention of disrespect.
The name of the person is in fact not the real name of the Imam (AS).
