While fasting my lips become dry so I hydrate it by using the saliva on my tongue but my tongue comes outside my mouth while trying to hydrating my lips when I take my tongue back inside my mouth do I have to spit the saliva out that was on my tongue? I follow ayatollah sistani

You must spit out any material which came on you tongue from outside your
mouth.

He can break his fast with them under Taqiyyah, them he may do Qaza for the
roza.

salam allekum aga, i am married man and somehow i had sex outside of my marriage with a prostitute and since then i am feeling very guilty and i am sinner allah and my wife’s eye. I paid kaffara and promised to allah ,never ever to commit such a filthy act again, I asked for forgiveness from allah but i could not tell everything to my wife except for very subtle details fearing it may break her heart and may jeopardise my marriage. However, my wife forgave me for this but I am not sure how much she has understood. Now i am worried whether my sin would be forgiven or not because i am not sure whether my wife has understood the intensity of my sin or not, it haunts me what if i will not be forgiven. Should I tell my wife clearly that I had sex outside in order to be forgiven by her completely?
Answer:
Do not tell your wife or any one about your sinful acts. Just seek
forgiveness from Allah ( SWT) and decide and promise Allah not to do wrong
again.

salam allekum, I am Muslim married man and want to do mutah with ahlul kitab(Christian) which is not valid as per ruling what if she is ready to become Muslim for mutah purpose only?
Answer:

If she becomes a Muslim, then Mut'ah will be allowed with out permission
from your wife.

salam allekum , i have taken home on by home loan and i can pay that loan in 30 years on installment basis and at the same time i can put extra money into mortgage account to repay early but i can also withdraw that extra amount..there will be qums on extra amount in mortgage account?

No Khums on that amounts of loan repayments if the house is where you live.
