Answer:
Gheebat (Back biting) is a major sin which is from Hoqooq al-Naas (rights of people). Insulting a Momin is also a major sin which needs to be be forgiven by the victim before it can be forgiven by Allah (SWT).

Salaam Agha Musawi :Can I spend my sehme saadat money portion on medical expenses of my brother in law (sayed) who is a retired person and needs money to get a liver transplant? He does have somee saving and a house to live but not much to afford the cost of surgery .Your earliest response shall be appreciated.
Answer:
If he is a poor Sayyed, then he will be entitled to receive and utilise Sahm Sadaat. Poor means : not having enough to meet his needs of food, clothing, housing, treatment etc.
You can give your brother in law from Sahm Sadaat if he does not have enough money for his treatment.

Please verify if this hadith found in the books of our brothers is correct. I believe it is found in Sahih al Jami and al-Tirmidhi: If one of you were to be stabbed in the head by an iron needle it would be better for him then touching a women whom he is not permitted to touch

Yes, this Hadeeth is narrated in many books of Hadeeth including Shia and Sunni books.

Salaamunalikum. Following the question no. 4139 I came out of the shower for 1-3 second while doing ghusl e janabat.is my ghusl right or do I need to do ghusl again.Thank you. I follow ayoutullah sistani
Answer:
Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Ghusl is valid because we are allowed to pause Ghusl then re start again, unlike Wudhu which must be done continuously.

Assalam alaikum dear agha , I need to inquire that when the skn is scratched and blood comes from it , but later it heals and a scab forms (which is dried blood that blocks the wound) , is it najis or is it pak. (Note , the part which is scratched off then bleeding starts again)
Answer:
Blood is Najis as far as it is blood, but when it dries and becomes a clot, it is no more blood. Clot is not Najis.
