As salaamun ale kum A woman seperated from her husband for 6+ years it considered as still legally married to the same person ? Can nikah/mutah be contracted with such a woman
Answer:
Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Yes, she is still married to her husband no matter how long is the
separation period as far as no proper Islamic Talaq was announced in front
of two pious witnesses with all other conditions.
No Nikah nor Mutah can be done with such woman because she is still married.

Assalammualaikum sayed, may Allah prolong ur life in serving ahlul bayt as. If we buy food from fastfood reataurant where muslim and non muslim work together. Is it najis? If non muslim hotel worker just serving the food only is it najis?
Answer:
Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Nothing is Najis before you have evidence that it is Najis. If you are sure
that the food was touched with wetness by a Najis person, then it is Najis.
Before such evidence we can take doubted items as non Najis, although
precaution is always good.

Assalammualaikum sayed,i have a few question. 1) when pray in jamaah, suddenly people tap our back to ask us move back due to he is alone at the second line. Should we move back as per ahlul bayt? 2) in jamaah is it not good to start pray alone in 2nd line onwards i mean nobody beside us? 3)when we late for jamaah, imam finish pray.when want to pray we start praying behind someone who still praying as his maamom. Do we need to tap his back as to let him know we are following him or just raised the sound of takbir?

A1) No need to move back just for such reason.

A2) It is allowed, but it is better to fill the existing gaps in the
existing row.

> A3) No need to inform the Imam of Jamaal that you are praying behind him.

Imam Jamaah must fulfill all the required conditions to be be Imam Jamaah.
