I want ask that dry hair wof pet dog was on my blanket i touched taht blanket with wet ahnd but the hair did not came along with my hand it remained there on blanket so which is first mutananjis my hand or blanket?
Answer:
The hair of the dog is Ayn Nijasah because it is from the dog, and your wet hand which touched it is the first Mutanajjis.

Answer:
If your wet hand touched the hair of the dog, then your hand is the first Mutanajjis. If your wet hand touched the Najis blanket not the hair of the dog, then your hand is the second Mutanajjis.

Dog and any part of it including its hair, is Najis.

Is a woman allowed to apply hair dye during her period (hayz) or when she is junub? if yes after applying hair dye will the ghusl she will do will be valid as hair dyes coats the hair and I dont know if water reaches hair or not during ghusl in that case?
Answer:
It is Makrouh ( disliked) to dye or apply Henna during Menstrual period, or
Janabat, but it is not Haraam.
Since the colour does not form a layer and it is just a colour, it does not
harm Wuzu or Ghusl.

Answer:
It is Makrouh (Disliked) but not Haraam.
