salam. agha sistani follower. I kindly ask for an answer regarding this issue. My husband asked me to promise something on his life that i will never say again. But accidentally I said it again on a different occasion. Like this - i broke 2 promises on his life. I totally forgot while i said those things. My concern is since its a promise i broke and secondly that too on his life - please tell me how can i repent it or do i have to give kafara or anything. Any dua or istighfar i can do. Please help so nothing happens to him as i promised on his life. thnx

salam! Sistani follower I have a question regarding najasat. While changing my 3 year old daughter - i realise her diaper is wet and her thigh area is wet too. SO does the thigh area (skin part) count as first muttanajjas and the pajama the 2nd mutanjjas or diaper first, then thigh second and pajama third. Reason being - the pajama was dry when i took it off but the diaper and thigh area was wet. So will the pajama be counted as clean if it is dry despite the thigh area is wet. I have 3 kids - and the whole issue of najasat is getting too much for me. Please kindly explain a bit in detail about 1st, 2nd and 3rd muttanajas issue so i can have the doubt out of my mind forever.

Answer:
Virgin girl needs the permission of her father or paternal grand father for
any type of marriage. If permission is not possible because of unreasonable
stand from the father which is away from Islamic teachings, then permission
is not required.

As Salamo Alaykum Sir, I have Some questions and it would be fine if you could answer them. First question, whenever I talk with a female friend on a normal way, or whenever i see something on social media without any lust there always falls a liquid out of my privet part, is that semen? And so not is it pak. Second question, whenever I do ghosl, It always takes a time to do it because I am always afraid that I am not doing it good or the water didn’t came on the spot, what should I do. 1. Semen does not leak out but it gushes out. The liquid which leaks out
from the private part is not semen but Mathi (=D9=85=D8=B0=D9=8A)and it is =
not Najis and
it does not even break your Wudhu if you are in the state of Wudhu.
Nevertheless, this leakage means that you are effected by talking with
those females and you must avoid talking with any female or looking to
their pictures if you have such leakage.
2. Ghusl is very simple and easy and you must avoid listening to Satanic
whispering which create doubts and make you waste your time and water
unnecessarily.

Answer:
Mut’ah is nothing but a type of marriage which has a time fixed. Married woman is never allowed to have another man in her life while she is married. No Mu’ah can be allowed at all for a married woman. It will not be a Mut’ah but Zina (fornication) which is a major sin.
