Salam alakium I work in a law firm which is owned by a non Muslim in Europe. When I take cases for people or companies I will have to win the cases and sometimes for example request interest for the loss for the client. Is this permissible for me as the lawyer for the company or the firm. This is something all law firms do and it would as it is the right for the company. Wa Salam

Fidya is feeding one poor momin for every day of fast which was not kept on
it=E2=80=99s time and later as Qazi just because of health difficulties.
One meal for one poor momin is one Fidya
The minimum amount of food is 750vgrams of food.

Shearing tatoos is allowed with conditions;
1- It should not include Quranic verse or part of it or holy names of
Allah, the Prophet and Ahlul Bayt.
2- Female should not show it to non Mahram men.

Salam alakium To follow up on Question ID 4683 In some cases I will have to request the court that the counterparty shall pay the fee with interest because of a breach in the contract. The request to pay with interest is seen as a normal procedure as it is the right of the client. Hope that was clear enough. Wa salam
Answer:
Demanding interest on any outstanding amount due to delay is not permitted in Sharia.
You can ask for damages if you or your client have suffered a damage.

Salaam Sayed With the blessings of Allah Almighty and Ahlulbayt we are going through the holy month of Ramadhan. I suffer badly with constipation and do not go daily or even on alternate days to ease myself so I have to avoid fasting I am diabetic and have BP and cholesterol and am taking medication for the above pls adv
Answer:
If fasting harms your health then you need to keep Qadha Fast later on. If
you can not keep Qadha Fast at all due to illness then you must feed one
poor Momin for every day of missed fasting.
