Question:

I have been given khula by the court as my husband did not appear for any court date or gave written statement. He was against breaking up the marriage even though he would never give me maintaince or even his family did not accept me in public or otherwise as daughter in law. He verbly abused me and my family as well as my son from previous marriage. But now i feel terrible and miss our old times. In the future could i remarry him..or is it over forever.

Answer:

The real Talaq or Khula needs the approval of the husband.
If he did not approve or agree clearly, there is no Khula.
If there is no valid Khula, it means that your are still married.

No Muslims who are not Ahl-e-Kitab, are not Taahir.
Any material touched by them with wetness becomes Not Taahir.

Assalamaualikaum dear respected Syed Praying you are well inshAllah Please can you guide me regarding this small matter My nephew has Alhamdolillah had a beautiful healthy baby girl 5 weeks ago He has decided not to shave her birth hair off. He says because it is a girl there is no compulsion- he is the follower of one of the four Sunni Imams, I am not sure which one I will be extremely grateful if you could tell me what is the opinion of Ahlulbayt AS on this and also what the sunni school of thought says about shaving a baby girls hair. Answer:

Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Shaving the hair of the newly born child (male or female) is recommended according to Shia and Sunni schools of Sharia. It is just recommended which means that it is not obligatory.

Salam Sir, I live in Australia where there is a wild animal called “dingo” which is legal to have as pets , but I am wondering is it acceptable to raise at home since they are not dogs ?
