Answer:
It is wrong for him to tell you (You are my mother), but it does not mean Talaq.
You might need to talk to a respected person who knows both of you to intervene.

It is narrated in traditions and ahadith of ahlulbayt about merits of tasbeeh e hazrat Fatima but other duas and surahs I recite them but I do not feel their effect on my life what could be reason for that

Tasbeeh Fatima Al-Zahra (AS) is the greatest Tasbeeh in Islam. It was gifted and tuaght to Fatima (AS) by her father The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq was reported saying: Tasbeeh of Fatima after obligatory Prayer is better than one thousand Rak’ats of recommended Prayers.
When you recite Tasbeeh Al-Zahra (AS) before sleeping, you will get the reward of ample remembering Allah

Repeated doubts in Wudhu or Prayers is to be ignored. Your Wudhu and Prayers will be valid iA.

Yes, it is obligatory on husband and wife to perform Ghusl after sexual
intercourse even if they used protection.
