Assalamu alaikum. I have two questions that I need their answer here. 1- There is person who divorce his wife three times, mutua marriage can allow her to return to her husband? Or she should contract Permanent marriage when other issue like die or divorce from the second husband can allowed her to return to the fist husband? 2- I meet one woman online we are chatting time by time, then I discovered chatting with nonmuhram is haram, then can we contract mutua marriage since we are not not living in the same place ? We just meet online , is that Mutua marriage in such condition can be valid or invalid? Wasalam!

Salam alaikum I did istikhara with the intention that i will follow it if it comes out positive but i will re do the istikhara after some time if it came out negative because I did not want to follow it if it came negative.. Is this intention valid? Is the istikhara valid?

Is there an Iddat (waiting period) for a 50 year old woman who has started going through menopause but still has haiz bleeding every few months (no pattern), after her mutah ends and she had penetrative sex? I understand there is no idat period after mutah if there is no penetrative sex. Thank you.
Answer:
Iddah is must after Mut=E2=80=99ah for her as she is still getting Haiz ble=
eding.
The Iddah on her is two periods or forty five days.
No Iddah if she does not have any Haiz bleeding.
No Iddah if there was no penetrative sexual intercourse at all.
