Asalam O Alaikum, I live in a government society in Pakistan and house is on the name of my father (government servant). 35-40 years ago, my uncle have constructed some rooms on the land infront of our house (not part of the house). Since that rooms were became part of our house now, I want to ask can we perform wajibaat on that part of land like (namaz, taharat, wajib ghusl etc) or we have to perform them in the actual boundaries of the house. I am the follower of Ayatullah Sistani

*As those rooms are out of the land of your house, and were constructed by
your uncle, you have no right to use them with out his permission.*
