Question:
can we give share of our khums to our close relatives who are poorlike to our cousins ? if yes, then what percentage of khums can we give to them? Thanks for your guidance. May Allah give u Jaza-e-Khair.
Answer:
Helping your poor relatives is very important and it must be given more
importance than helping other poor person if your relatives are really in
need.
Khums is two parts i.e Sahm Imam (AS) and Sahm Sadat. If your poor
relatives are Sadat, you can give them from Sahm Sadat. If your poor
relatives are not Sadat, then you need to seek permission from your Marja'
of Taqleed to give part of Sahm Imam (AS) to them.
It is great reward to help your poor relatives from your own money (the 80%
which remains with you after paying your obligatory Khums).

Question:
salams..Agha i've asked you a question but you did'nt answer me..my question is that,A virgin girl needs to marry to save herself from sin. In such cases Mut'a marriage is allowed..? as she know her father never allow her to do muta and no sexual itercourse is allowed in this muta..
Answer:
According to most of Marja's of Taqleed, she is not allowed with out her
father's permission. If she needs to marry to save herself from falling in
sin and she can not wait, I advise her to refer to trusted pious local
scholars who should assess whether she has made a right decision and not
emotional, then guide her to Taqleed of a Marja' who allows such Mut'a
marriage under certain conditions, but no sexual relationship can be
allowed.

Question:
Salam, What is the difference between Hukm e Awal and Hukm e Sani
Answer:
Hukm Awwali is the original rule on a matter which exist in usual situation.
Hukm Saanawi Øكم ثانوي is the rule in accordance to a special situation which is different from the original situation. Usually this Hukm is different from the Hukm Awwali.
Just one example: Marriage is recommended in Hukm Awwali, but if a situation occurs where a person will fall in sin if he does not get married, then Hukm Saanawi here makes marriage obligatory on him and not just recommended.
