Salam, I do taqlid of Sayyid Sistani and I need advise regarding the following: I have joined a company who have a Pension Plan, however after delving further into the way this Pension Plan is operated I have found that the money contributed to the plan is invested in the FTSE 100 (100 top companies in the UK), of which two are alcohol and one tobacco company. During this pension plan each month the money can be invested in any company from the FTSE 100 (minus comapanies that deal with arms). My question is would it be permissible for me to join such a pension plan? Thankyou for your help in advance.
Answer:
If you know that any amount of your money might be invested in any company dealing with forbidden business like alcohol, Un Islamic banking, etc, it becomes forbidden for you to invest any amount in such plan.

After fulfilling all the conditions of the Mut'a marriage and agreeing on the Mahr and the duration of the Mut'a marriage, she tells him: ZAWWAJTOKA NAFSI ALAL MAHR AL MA'LOOM LIL MUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH, ( I marry you with the agreed Mahr for the agreed time) and he replies her : QABILTU ATTAZWEEJA LINAFSI ALAL MAHR ALMA'LOOM LILMUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH.( I agree to marry you with the agreed Mahr for the agreed time).
Virgin girl needs her father's permission or paternal grand father's.
Mut'a with Christian female needs permission of Muslim wife if any any.

Answer:
Post natal period (Nifaas) when the woman is not allowed to pray Namaz or fa=
st, is usually the same number of days of her menstrual monthly period. If t=
he blood flow remains more than those days, it can be extended to maximum of=
ten days starting from the time of delivery. Any blood after ten days in no=
t Nifaas but Istihazah. Woman must pray Namaz immediately after blood stops b=
ut not more than ten days, even if the blood flow continues , because that b=
lood is not Nifaas.
The claim that woman should not pray for 40 days has no foundation in Islami=
c evidences at all and it might have come from non Muslim culture.
