Question:

After urinitating and performing istibra if there is some urine left in the urethra which drips later, sometimes this can happen after performing Wadhu and even during prayers, the law from syed khoei states it is obligatory to ghusl if such happnes. My question is that if "I am sure" that it is urine left in the urethra and not anything else will I have to still perform ghusl? Or can I on the basis of surety change my clothes and perform Wadhu again? Also this is a medical condition and doing ghusl is not always possible or practical. Please guide

Answer:

After urinating, there is no question of Ghusl at all. The Istibraa clears
the urine track from the remaining urine, hence, after Istibraa, any doubted
wetness is considered as Taahir, but if you are sure that it is urine, then
you need to clean your body cloth from the urine and perform Wudhu only for
Salah.
N.B. What you mentioned about Agae Khoei is not right.
