how to ensure or check that i am sayyed?can a person be sayyed from mothers side?

Answer:-  Sayyed is the person who come from a family who are from Sadat families
which means that they have a confirmed lineage and link with the family
tree of Bani Hashim. This link can be proved by authentic books of families
trees or by being well known in your native place that your family belongs
to Sadat.
Most of our Ulama say that Sayyed must be from a Sayyed father.

Dear Brother As Salam Alaikum Wa Rehmatullahe, Request you to kindly answer the below mentioned question and please request you not to publish this question on your website only for confidentiality purpose...Hope you understand Brother. 1. Is Adoption allowed in Islam. 2. Can the adopted daughter inherit the entire property of the parents (mothers and fathers ) who have adopted her ? (A little background on the adopted girl - She is adopted from within her mothers family and not from outside , her mothers brother had conceived this child only to give this daughter to his sister who could not conceive and that he and his wife will have nothing to do with this daughter ever, so from the daughters birth till date she has been with her adopted parents) 3.So in this case if the mother and father who have adopted her wants to give their entire property to her out of their free will, love and affection is there any issue with that since she is the Only Single child to her parents Please do let me know on the same as soon as possible. Shukran Brother Yours Faithfully, Aariana Khan.

Assalamu alaykum, I am female with no father, but a mother, one brother and three sisters. I would like to know how my assets would be divided if I were to pass away from this world and leave inheritance. Jazakamullah Khayr.

Answer:-  If you pass away and leave your mother alive, she will get one sixth of
your inheritance. The rest will be divided into five equal parts , two
parts for your one brother and one part for each of your three sisters.
May Allah grant you long life with Imaan and good health.

Salaam Alaikum. We are 4 sisters. Our parents died in 2007. The family house was transferred to names of 4 sisters & was rented with rent amount being distributed between 4 sisters. Due to some differences with my sisters, I want to quit this partnership. therefore I have asked my sisters to sell the house & give me my share or they can transfer house to names of other 3 sisters & give me 25% of its present market price. 1. Am I doing anything wrong in claiming my share ? 2. Can my sisters refuse to give me my share ? Please clarify. Wassalaam.

Answer:-  You are entitled to get your share and no one is allowed to prevent you
from your share. Be sure that you do not harm other inheritors.
