Janab Ayatollah al Uzma al Sistani Saab Assalam O Alaikum With Due Repsect I have suffered a huge money loss by buying Air Tickets for Umra. Due to not getting the Umra visa we were not be able to travel and the tickets got wasted. Can i use my sahm e saadat to cover the loss? Was Salam Sayed Husain Mahdi
Answer:
No, it is not allowed to do so.
Sahme Sadaat is the right of poor Sadaat and not for compensation of loss
or Umra or Hajj travel.

If you can not wash the place , you can put a clean plaster on it and wipe

Yes, it is not only permissible but highly recommended to name a bay boy
Muhammad. We have many Hadeeths in this meaning, and thousands of followers
of Ahlul Bayt (AS) had named their baby boys as Muhammad. In fact the
culture in the sub continent has more than one name for the person while
the culture in Arabia where the Prophet (SAWA) and his Holy Progeny Ahlul
Bayt (AS) lived gives just one name to the person. Our Imams' children also
had just one name like Muhammad, Ali, Hasan, Husain, Jafar, Musa etc.
