Salam Alaikum wa ba.. I was wondering if you can give me a name and a phone number for an Imam in Southern California or any other place that I can go to cleanse me. What happened to me is someone fed me sihir and I can not pray or do zikir due to gagging and vomitting. If I pray and let my mind wonder around nothing happens, but When I pray from the heart I start gagging and or vomitting. Its been 8 months since i have worked and I know my ex wife puts sihir on me. Any information will help me alot Inshallah. I am a 12 Imami from generations and generations Alhamdulillah. your help will be very helpful and very appreciative.

Salaamun Alaikum Mawlana. My question is regarding the name Ammarah. According to history there was a lady called Ammarah who was present during the Holy Prohet (S.A.W.W) time. According to my research, Ammarah was supporting Umar al Khattab. Is this true? a new born baby in my family is named after her. I found out about this now, after we named the baby. Should we change her name? Please advice. Thank you

Answer:
The conditions of cutting the hands of thieves are the sections for the
(thief), and for the (stolen from him), and for the (theft), and for the
(ruling), and for (the witness), and for the (atomsphere), and for (place
of theft ),
1 - the thief is not a child.
2 - not crazy.
3 - not foolish
4 - not forced coercion individually.
5 - and forced coercion by surroundings.
6 - and not forced.
7 - not drunk.
8 - not oblivious.
9 - not forgetting.
10 - not knowing the ruling that did not know that it is haraam.
11 - no matter that does not know that theft, but no doubt being stolen or
thought that he was not stealing.
12 - The robber partner stolen from him.
13 - not a father.
14 - The miscreants did not see this provision which governs the right
binding law:
15 - nor have to take the money from the door clearing and reciprocity.
16 - nor should there be suspicion or allegation of coercion and the like.

salam sir, i m suffering from bad dreams like- "my sister is so much ill that she cant bare her pain and i was crying upon that and whole atmospher was sad of my family" 2)"death of any my family members" 3)snakes 4)carrying foods in a dream(sounds normal) sir what to do for not coming bad dreams. are upon dreams shows any reality??? my whole family are going in a vry bad situation as- my father are not taking care from some 5, 7 years totaly bifercating his resposibility. he was not like that b4 and day by day situation are geting worst plz suggest what to do?? my sister is really ill by "atharitist" badly and infertility problems at high level that male hormons are elivating. my brother is seeking his livelihood and could not settle. my little bro due to this condition his study has gone ruined. my mother is upseted due to seeing her family ruined. plz reply....and help
Answer:
To avoid bad dreams you may do the following:
1. Perform Wudhu before going to bed.
2. Recite Tasbeeh of Fatima al-Zahra (AS) when you are in your bed, as well
as Ayatul Kursi, Sura Falaq and Sura Naas.
3. Be sure that your bed is Taahir (ritually pure).
4. Never sleep in wrong time like between Fajr and sunrise and between Asr
and Maghrib or wrong position like sleeping on your chest.
5. Sleep facing Qibla and recite Estighfaar.
To get out of problems keep on reciting Salawaat, Estighfaar and La Hawla
Wala Qowwata Illa Billah as many times as you wish.

Salam Can I always combined the salat Dhuhur and Asar; Maghrib and Isah? How many rakat's for Dhuhur and Asar; Maghrib and Isa if I will combined them? The Quran mentioned only prayers on "come up with the evening"; "enter in the morning"; and "afternoon". Quran 30:17 and Quran 33:42 Is it obligatory to perform 5 times prayers, when the Quran mentioned only those particular time? Sukran.

Yes, the Prophet Mohammad (SAWA) did pray in Madina Dhuhr then Asr immediate=
ly, and Maghrib then Isha immediately . He said : I am joining the prayers t=
o avoid putting burdon on my umma. We are allowed to join Dhuhr and Asr and a=
lso Maghrib and Isha, as well as to separate them. We have five daily obliga=
tory prayers to be performed in three timings : Dhuhr ( for Dhuhr then Asr) ,=
beginning of night ( for Maghrib then Isha) and Fajr, as we read in Quran (=
Sura al-Esraa' 78 and Sura Hood 114.
