Question:

salam alakium Please answer this as soon as possible as I am in a hurry. When I was young I did some bad things. I have now repented and Inshallah will Allah (SWT)forgive me, i don´t know. I am now writing with a girl whom I intend to marry. I cam across this surah and verse in the quran: The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers. (Surah24 verse 3) I have not comitted fornication, but I did some homsexual acts when I was younger and watched bad stuff on the internet of homsexuals. Later when I grew up I could not stop watching it, but now I have stopped watching this disgusting things. Is am allowed to marry a pious woman? I have repented from my heart and I promised Allah (SWT) that I will never ever do it again. wa alakum salam.

Question:

salaams REfering to https://makarem.ir/main.aspx?Reader=1&lid=0&typeinfo=33&catid=97165&mid=97165&pid=72150 number 26636 is it saying Taravih is accepted? WOuld you please translate this? I came across this link بررسی سندی نماز تراویح در معتبرترین کتاب روایی شیعه which is referring to the hadith above? many thanks and bless you regards, Ali

Answer:

Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Nothing at all in this link or any where else in Shia and even Sunni books supporting Namaz Taraweeh. We have Night Prayer or Tahajjud (Namaz Shab) which is performed individually, but Taraweeh is a Bid’at because it is been started long after the Prophet (SAWA) by Umar Bin Khattab in year 14 after Hijra (Refer to Bukhari Hadeeth 2010 and Muslim where Umar himself called Taraweeh as a Bid’at).
These people are deceiving and trying to mislead others claiming that there s an evidence in Shia books about Taraweeh, while the link has only Hadeethes on the individually performed Night Prayer not Taraweeh which they do it with congregation.
