Salam un alike 1-I need a brief information on Juma Salat as I don know much about it and how do I perform this Prayer? is it wajib or not? Thankyou 2- Do I have to mention the name of the imam that leads the Prayers before performing Namaz? thankyou
Answer:
1. Juma Salat is very important in Islam, and performing it with its
conditions is obligatory according to Ehtiyat Takhyeeri which means that
one of two Salats is obligatory on Friday midday, either Juma or Dhuhr, but
many Ulama say that If conditions of Juma are fulfilled, it becomes
obligatory to perform Juma.
2. No need to mention the name of the Imam of Juma or Jama'at in your
Niyyat, but just to know that he is a pious person ( Aadil) and his
Qira'at is perfect and he was born from married parents.

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim, Salam Alaykum, I want to know that whether one can use Garlic Soft Gel (Gelantin) capsules sold in muslim countries but the manufacturer is from non muslim Country with out asking the Pharmacist whether it is Halal or Haram. When enquired with Pharmacist, he said that this is a Herbal medicine and hence pork gelatin is not used but some are saying that this is not true. If a person is consumed cas of ignorance or full knowledge about the product then in that case what is his responsibility. This medicine is just a supplement and not as a mandatory one. Answer:
Capsule cover made of Gelatin is not allowed to consume unless you know
that the origin of the gelatin is from Halal animal, or it is from
vegetarian origin. Muslim countries importing materials from non Muslim
countries does not make such imported material Halal at all.
Consuming such non Halal material is a sinful act, but if it was done with
out previous knowledge, then it must not be repeated and Istighfaar is
required.

Slam un alakom I would like to ask the ruling of Aytullah Ali sistani that if it is allowed to decorate house/room with wall papers of birds/ butterfly painting on them. Please note we mostly pray 5 daily prayers at home. Wassalam Wakil
Answer:
Yes it is allowed, but it is Makrouh (disliked) to face pictures or
drawings of living beings while performing Namaz (prayers). Makrouh means
here less reward.

Answer:
Chatting with non Mahram is not allowed in Islam unless it is a serious
matter like seeking advice from a specialist or learning from your teacher
etc.

Answer:
Full.
Salatul Layl can always be performed in short form which three Rak'ats (
two for Shaf' and one for Witr). Even shortest is possible which is just
one Rak'at of Witr.
