1) I had a dream and najasat was spotted on my pants and bed sheet. is the bed sheet 1st mutanajjis or 2nd mutanajjis as the najasa was flowing from my pants to the bed sheet? 2) while washing hand with soap, some splashes on my face, is my face najis from the soap?
Answer:
1. Second Mutanajjis.
2. Soap is not Najis unless it is made from pig or any other Najis
material. You need concrete evidence for claiming any thing as Najis.

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim Aslmalkum, I want to know if an engineer who normally once or twice in a month travels to different cities and also have to travel during Ramadan for office work less than 10 days, in that case is he allow to fast or do the qada after Ramadan as per Agha Sistani. Answer:
As he travels for work less than ten days in the month, he is a usual
traveler and his Prayers is Qasr and he is not allowed to fast but must
keep Qadha of the fast after the month of Ramadhan.

Answer:
If the Talaq was announced with all its conditions including two pious
(Aadil) witnesses, it will be valid but the unpaid mahr remains as debt on
the husband and he must pay it to her.

As-Salaamun-Ale-Kum, I stay in a foreign land in a rented accommodation. Our 1 room accommodation in our homeland is not in a condition where my wife and kid can stay, my aunt and my mother are the present owners of the house. Keeping this in view I told my wife before marriage that we will not stay there. The house is on nominal rent divided between my aunt and mother. We are saving to buy a house in our homeland, is khums applicable on this money. Was-Salaam
Answer:
Yes, Khums is applicable because the saved money has not yet been used in
buying a residence and staying in it.

Salaam Alaykum According to Ayatullah Sistani it is haraam for any one to start smoking i.e. new smokers. So does this apply to Electronic cigarettes? Jazakallah
Answer:
Smoking is not allowed when there is a possibility of considerable damage
or harm from it, even in the future. This includes any type of smoking.
