Yes, during fasting, water must be spit out. Saliva does not need to be
spit out.

My wife and I had a love marraige ..we love each other a lot , but due to some reasons we started having fights related to her family problems and she became very depresed and I dont know how she started talking to an old friend and it kept on increasing untill they had some sort of affection within them , after I caught her she was very ashamed of what she did , she says she never met him .. what should I do ? Should I forgive her and let our relation go on ? Or is there a chance she might do this again ?
Answer:
You should warn her and take from her a promise that she will never talk
intimately with any other man but her husband. If she promises you, you
forgive her.
You should give her more love and never leave her feel lonely.
May Allah (SWT) forgive her and you and all Momineen.

Salam, Is it permissible to put down my kitten, who is extremely ill and has very minimal chance of survival? She has severe breathing problems and vomits each time she eats. If she does not die of the breathing illness, then it is likely she will die of starvation. The vet also recommended I do not prolong her suffering, and put her out of her misery now instead. JazakAllah
