AOA, Maulana sb. Can temporary or permanent marriage been done with a Sunni girl who is divorced according to their procedure. Like court one and signed by husband. Also husband said to her three tallaqs same time. (which is allowed in Ahle sunnat) And she and her husband is not together since 3 years because they are divorced according to law and their sect. The situation is I have not enough time as I have work responsibilty, and responsibility of kids and house work so I have a choice of two things, 1) To read Daily Farz Salat and daily Nawfl Taqeebat and quran and daily salatul Layl? or 2) To read daily Farz salat and Qaza Salatul Layl and daily Salatul Layl Due to other responsibilties I can do only one of these options as there is not enough time for me to read Daily Salat, Qaza Salatul Layl and Taqeebat and quran Is it more important to read farz daily Namaz & Qaza Salatul Layl or to read daily Nawfl and taqeebat and Quran along with Farz Daily namaz.

Daily Farz and Ta'qeebaat and Nawaafil and Salatul Layl as much as you can.

PLEASE ANSWER ME ACCORDING TO SHAFI MADHAB I have to deal with many nonmuslims in my university and village. can't avoid such situation. one of my friends sprinkle some water which is there in her hand to my body and face. I knew that she is so close with dogs and some times dog licks her hand also. actually she didn't touch dogs before she sprinkle water on me. did my body and dress become najis by that water? It's so diffificult to avoid such situations. It Would be grate if you can reply me soon. PLEASE ANSWER ME ACCORDING TO SHAFI MADHAB
Answer:
Water sprinkling from her hand on your cloth or body is Najis. You must
wash the place.

Answer:
If the ground or the carpet was touched by a dog with wetness, then it
became Najis and you must avoid any Najis before making it Taahir.

The is no Kaffara for this act as it is not Haraam.
You should be careful before trusting people. Repeat Istighfaar , Salawaat
and LA HAWLA WALA QOWWATA ILLA BILLAH to get out of your problem.
