Question:

Assalamu alaykyum, I am a married woman with a mentally ill child who lives in the united sates. My husband lives in Iraq and is refusing to come and is threatening to divorce me. We are still married but he is not sending me or his son money for living expenses. My son is recieveing a disability pension every month that I am using for my sons and my own needs. Does my husband have to approve of this? And if he doesn't is he obligated to send us money? Wassalamalykum.

Your husband is responsible of your expenses and his son's expenses.

Dear Sayed Salaam Alaykum. I pray this email reaches you in the best of health. I have a question regarding my wife, She was pregnant last Ramadhan and fasted only 10 fasts due to complications. However My daughter was born in October and because of many complications my wife still has not recovered and she is low in iron and has disorder of the blood and is taking pills regularly as well as feeding she is very tired. We are concerned she has to pay back her fasts and I am worried what do we need to do if she is not able to pay back the missed fasts? With salaams Hassan

Answer:

She should feed one poor person for every day of Qaza fast which she could
not make due to illness. She should fast the Qaza when she is able.

Rich person should not hurt the feeling of the poor by showing his wealth
in front of poor to make him feel sad.

The water must reach every outer part of your body just one time in Ghusl

Question:

Can we offer namaz if we have used a perfume.or deodorant containing alcohol?

Answer:

According to many Marja' of Taqleed, such perfume or deodorant is not
Najis, so you are allowed to pray Namaz with it. Other scholars say that it
is Najis, so it is better to follow precaution and wash it before
performing Namaz.
