but it is not enough according to Ayatullah Sistani's verdict.

Assalamoalaikum,one of my friend who was married nor a widow neither a divorcee her husband did second marriage so she kept a relationship with a man aged 25yrs they did mutah but a year ago her husband died can she do mutah with the same man can her mutah be valid or haram .They want to do mutah.
Answer:
Married woman who committed Zina (fornication) with a man during her
marriage, is never allowed to marry that man with whom she committed the
Zina. No Mut'ah is allowed with him as well because Mut'ah is a type of
marriage.

CAN WE EAT THESE FISHES FED WITH SEWAGE. LIKEWISE, WHAT ABOUT LIVESTOCK, CHICKEN / FOWL THAT ALSO ARE FED SEWAGE. IF SLAUGHTER IN THE WAY OF FIQH JAFARIA, CAN WE EAT THE MEAT. AHSANTE.
Answer:
Yes, it is allowed to eat Halal meat of animal fed by Najis food, sewage
etc, except animals which were fed with human feces. Animal eating human
feces is not allowed to eat till it is been given another food for a period
of time depending on the type of the animal.

Assalamoalaikum,my married friend whose husband did a second marriage not given her divorce,she did mutah with a man then after a year her husband died and nw after completing iddah she wants to do mutah or marriage with that same man with whom she did mutah when her husband was alive.plz tell me that is she can do the mutah or can she marry the same man.will the mutah or marriage will be valid as they both are shias.plz help.
Answer:
I have replied this question before few days, and I repeat that it is
permanently forbidden (Haraam) for her to do Mut'ah or permanent marriage
with that man, because she had committed the major sin of Zina (
fornication) with him during her marriage with her husband.
She needs to beg Allah and seek forgiveness from her major sin and forget
about that man for ever. She may marry another man after her IDDAH is over.
