Answer:
The child is his child and such child gets all rights of any other child
from permanent marriage. It is good to terminate the temporary marriage and
have a permanent marriage if the conditions are available
including husband is able to practice justice between two wive ( in case he
has already a permanent wife).
All the expenses of the child are on the father.

assalaamu alaykum, It has just dawned on me that the turba upon which I have prayed the majority of my prayers over the last few years is covered with a sort of varnish. I believe that has prevented direct contact with the actual clay, my reason for thinking this is that the size of the turba has barely decreased over the years, aside from it having a slant on it from the weight of my forehead, furthermore, when I pray with a wet forehead, nothing from the turba becomes stuck to my head from the wetness. Yes, your prayers are valid. Praying on such Turba is allowed.
