i follow Ayatullah sistani. I noticed some white discharge on my urethra after I was done making the urinary outlet pak, im a female so do i have to make it pak again or did the discharge come out whilst i was washing and don’t have to?

It is Taahir and you don't need to make it Paak because it is already Paak.

Answer:
If he was always unable to perform Hajj, then Hajj was not obligatory on
him and no obligation on his family to perform Hajj on his behalf after his
death. It is recommended to do so if they can but not obligatory.

Salaam alaykum wr wb. I would like to perform Hajj Niyabah for a family member who died without going for Hajj. Is it necessary to obtain permission from their heir to do the hajj or can I do it without telling anyone? Thanks Jawad

No need for permission from any one. You are doing good deed for the sake
of Allah.

I am residing at a place in a non muslim area.My work is a catering business and my staff is also non muslim as i tried my level best to look for a muslim staff but cant find and my business is suffered a lot due this.because of non availabilty.My house maid is also nonmuslim as she cleanses utensils and wipe off the floor .pleade suggestwhat can I do to avoid thid sin
Answer:
Same rules apply on you like any other Muslim. If your house becomes Najis because of the maid, then you are responsible and even your Namaz might be invalid if your cloth is Najis.
Najis food can not be allowed for human consumption.
