Question:

Assalaam I'm born in a Shia family, so obviously the major knowledge that i have is of the Shia side of Islam. So what I want to know is how can one be assured that he's on the right path of Islam (haq), because the Shia had good logical answers on every aspect of the incidents etc.. for example fadak, incident of the door, thursday, battles with muawiya and aisha etc.. and the most important issue about the caliphate after the demise of the prophet (s). But so do the Sunnis have good logical answers on these very issues/incidents. Each one (sunnis and shias) have good points. And the majority of muslims don't have the books on their hand they have to believe what they hear what their scholars tells them. Can you please explain how one can be sure of his deen that he's on the guided path of Allah (stw)? Thanks

Answer:

Proper knowledge leads to firm faith in the True Islam. You may read (Then
I was Guided) by Dr Tijani Samawi of Tunisia, or The Right Path By
Sharafuddin or any other book in this subject. Our evidences can never be
compared with the claims of others. You can not put right and wrong equally
if you go through the evidences.
You may visit www.al-islam.org
If you read Arabic, you may visit www.aqaed.com where you can find
statements of hundreds of ex Sunni / Wahabi scholars who became Shia after
research.
I you have any question in this regard, you may write.

Question:

ASA. Is it true that a syed will be judged differently on the day of judgement. I have heard that a syed will be punished more severely for the same sin than a non syed because as a syed you are obligated to be as pious as possible and be a good example to others. Is this true and is there a hadeeth regarding this matter? Walsalam

Answer:

No doubt, Sayyed is more entitled to follow religion, because of his family
tree and the respect that Allah (SWT) has granted to the family tree of the
Prophet (SAWA).

Mehndi does not harm Wuzu nor Ghusl because it is just a colour, but nail
