Question:
It was zuhr salah in masjid behind imam. After the 2nd sajda of 3rd rakah pesh imam stood up. 4 or 5 people thought it was 2nd rakah and they loudly said "alhamdolillah". Hearing this Imam also sat down for tashhud. So basically this group prayed 5 rakah but they came to know when salah got finished. However rest of 6 people did not sit back and they carried on their salah without following imam because they knew it was 4th rakat. Half of the people along with imam prayed 5 rakah in confusion. Rest Half prayed 4 rakah but they did not follow imam. Whose salah is valid ? Please let me know if anyone has to repeat salah.

Qibla AOA I have a question regarding payment of khums. I m a salaried person and will get a unified amount upon retirement. There is a madrassa in our city where yateem monin children are being looked after and given religious and worldly education. I have taken responsibility of one child and give the maulana sahib of that madrassa an amount on monthly basis. I started this by doing a niyat that I m paying this amount as advance for my khums which would be due on the money I would be getting after retirement. Is this a proper niyat and a proper way of performing my khums duty. Mola aap ko salmat rakhein. Ameen

Is it permissible for a woman to ask the suitor to take off his shirt and pants and only stand in his underwear so that she can assess his physique and the size of his private parts from atop the underwear?, if there is no fear of sin and her parents has consented to it.
Answer:
*If the intention is only for marriage, and the man willingly agrees and
there is no possibility of any insult or sin neither at present nor in
future, then it will be allowed. But we don=E2=80=99t encourage such physic=
al test
because it makes her intention in marriage focus on things which can never
create happy marriage. Will she accept a similar condition from him to
assess her physique and size of her breast or private parts atop her
underwear? This is not the way for happy marriage to start with.*

Abortion is killing a human being under formation.*
