As Salam....I have purchased a house by browing money from my brother.and i am trying to save money to return back to him.and it would take three years for me to save and return that amount. should i pay khums on the money that i have been saving to give it to him.....
Answer:
You should pay back your loan to your brother by paying whatever you are
saving for this purpose to him, then no Khums on what have already repaid,
but if you save the money with out repaying, then Khums will be obligatory
on the amounts saved on the date of Khums.

Ayatollah Sistani Saheb has given out this message on account of Nouroz this year:He says this year will be tough on Shiites around the world.We have been advised by him to write the names of family members on 2 pieces of paper and fold it and keep one in Surah MULK and one in Surah REHMAN.                                    Pl spread this message to as many people as u can.(From Idara-Jaferia,Maryland,USA).      May ALLAH SWT bless you all and keep you safe. Those who claim this should prove it. I have not seen any evidence and I do
not believe such roumors which have no evidence. Poeple who like to do that
are free, but it is wrong to claim that Ayatullah Sistani advised Momineen
to do so.

I have holes on my nails and dirt has gathered in it no matter how much i wash it it does not come out and it could be a barrier in my ghusl and may not allow the water to reach it i could remove the entire nail but it is a painful process so the doctor does not advice it in this situation what should i do about my ghusl will it become wajib on me to remove the entire nail what should i do according to ayatullah sistani?
Answer:
Try your best to clean the nail then perform Ghusl or Wudhu, then perform
Tayammum as a precaution (Ehtiyat).
