Aoa. Please let me know.. My husband is not convinced to do tawaf Nisa then in this case what Will be order for me..? Can husband do tawaf Nisa on behalf of wife??? If we skip the tawaf Nisa and then do nxt day or few after, day, has man to wear ehram or can do in his casual clothes????
Answer:
*Tawaf Nisa is obligatory as the last step of Umra Mofradah or Hajj. Our
Sunni brothers have a similar Tawaf but they call it Tawaf Al-Widaa=E2=80=
=99.*
*It must be performed by the person himself or herself unless really unable
then some one else can do it on his or her behalf.*
*Tawaf Nisa can be delayed as far as no need for relationship between
husband and wife. *
*Tawaf Nisa does need wearing Ehraam but wearing usual cloth is enough as
far as it is Taahir and lawful.*

Yes, you can do that.
It is highly recommended to recite Ziyarat Ashura every day.

Assalamualaikum... My question is regarding a person who is engaged in a relationship with a girl (who is ahle sunnah) Now She has accepted Shieism and her father is also accepted to marry her daughter too (i.e permanent marriage). But they both (Girl and boy)meet each other and talk quite frequently which we all know is haram before marriage. Now they decided to do MUTAH...but the girl father is not aware of this Marriage contract and he will not allow her to do that as you know that all ahle Sunnah is strictly against Mutah So in this situation what should be done to avoid any sin.

Salam Sayyid, I was married for a short period and the marriage was not consummated. Because of some major problems, I sought a divorce from my husband. When the divorce was read I was in menses. Is my divorce still valid?
Answer:
Divorce announced during your menses is invalid. You need him to recite it
again when you are not in your menses and in front of two pious witnesses.
